A Healthy Balance

What does it take to stay physically active and well?
Apart from circumstances beyond our control such as a major disease, illness, or accident, it is actually quite simple.
  • Eat in moderation
  • Eat the right food
  • Exercise everyday
  • Listen to your body
Imagine, just thirteen words is all you have to know. Follow their advice and live a productive and healthy life. Do not, fail to 'seize the day,' and watch your health and body deteriorate on a daily basis.

Over the next few posts, I will expound some more on these simple words, as well as give some insight into why I am asking "Who's in Charge?"
