Super Foods

In this day of fast food and fast lives, many do not get the proper nutrition they need to sustain daily activities.

Fast food (typically that which is purchased at fast food restaurants and in the microwave section of the frozen food department) is just that - fast food, with little or no value for the cells in your body. If may appease the palate or fill the stomach, but it is really of little use much more than that. In fact it is more harmful to your body than good.
A fast lifestyle, working long hours and driving long distances to make ends meet, depletes the body of energy stores and valuable minerals and vitamins.
Proper nutrition is essential to sustaining healthy blood cells and metabolic rates in the body. To supplement your nutritional needs on a daily basis I recommend taking what is called a "super food."
What is a "super food?" A super food is a dietary supplement, either in powder or drink form, that offers most of the essential vitamins and micro nutrients that a body needs on a daily basis. I take two on a daily basis.

The first is Emerald Balance, manufactured by 'sgnnutrition'. Emerald Balance gives me the equivalent of 10-12 servings of vegetables per day. Emerald Balance can be bought at many local health food stores and on the internet, such as Amazon.com. I by mine at Bodybuilding.com.

Another "super food" that is essential for daily intake is Monavie. Like Emerald Balance it gives me the equivalent of 8-12 servings of fruits, in 2-4 ounces of drink. Monavie is a powerful drink loaded with antioxidants and micro nutrients. It comes in 3 blends; Original (supports immune system), Active (supports an active lifestyle), and Pulse (supports heart health). Monavie can only be purchased from independent distributors. I buy mine at Thegreatproduct.com.

While there is much more that can be said about nutrition, adding a "super food" to your daily diet will go a long way in supporting a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
